Many patients have seen their lives transformed by the correction of a nose imperfection, and this operation is one of the most spectacular ones. Yet it is a tricky operation, especially when the imperfections are minor, because there are two elements which are not completely controlled :
- the skin reaction is not always predictable (the surgeon modifies the bone and the cartilage)
- the “way” the patient imagines the future nose
Speaking about that, it is understandable that it is not possible to accurately predict the result with computer assisted images, so the modifications are frequent.
