The installation
of prostheses mammaires remains since the return of silicone
one of the most spectacular interventions.
For the silicone prostheses: The
result is more beautiful and more natural, the less painful intervention
with simpler continuations. Against the silicone prostheses: Need for the
patient for exerting a regular monitoring of its prostheses and
approximately for considering a change as from the 10th year. For the prostheses filled with physiological serum solution: Their

them during its life, and the possibility of better adapting

The aspect of the skin is an important factor

Hulls: : In spite of the important progress
made by the manufacturers on the membranes of the prostheses,
certain women will develop hulls of variable gravity. It acts
of a membrane, which the body manufactures around the prosthesis.
When this one is flexible, the result is excellent. Sometimes,
it will become inextensible or even calcified what explains the
various degrees of hulls. Certain women will not wish treatment,
the satisfactory remaining result for them; at others a change
