The key elements

are the local aspect of fat excess and the skin elasticity
that must be capable of readapting to the new volume.
These well known technical needs are necessary
to obtain an excellent result. Less advantageous cases can
occur, too : the result will be less spectacular yet well appreciated
by the patient. Indeed, after the operation, the patients having
a flabby skin will feel comfortable being dressed, since the
skin excess is only visible when they are naked.
